All season long on American Idol, we’ve watched Nick Fradiani get better and better, but no one really seemed to think that he would make it to the finale. Well, he didn’t just make it to the finale, but he was crowned the season 14 winner last night. Today, Fradiani is still in shock over winning the singing competition, just as many viewers are!
It’s been such a fun season of American Idol, it is so hard to believe that it has to come to an end. Before the finale of American Idol could kick off last night, someone had to get the boot. And much to the surprise of fans everywhere, that someone was 19-year-old Jax, who has been a huge force all season long on the show. But don’t cry Jax fans, the young gal from New Jersey is actually hoping to get her album out very soon now that her Idol journey is over.
Second chances seemed to be the theme on Hell’s Kitchen last week as Gordon Ramsay decided not to send anyone home, but instead to switch a few team members around. It’s hard to believe that yet another season of American Idol is almost over, but here we are, at the first part of the finale. Last week, Jax, Clark and Nick were named the final three, as Rayvon Owen‘s time on the show had come to an end. Sadly though, one of these talented singers was sent home tonight, as the remaining two gave it their all to earn the Idol crown tomorrow.
It’s the end of an era, folks. American Idol has paved the way for all of the other reality singing competitions, and now it’s time to bid farewell to the once huge hit. That’s right, Fox announced recently that season 15, which will air in January 2016, will be the final season of our beloved American Idol. Bummer…
So You Think You Can Dance is receiving quite the makeover for its twelfth season! In addition to taking on a stage versus street format, the show will also feature two new permanent judges: Paula Abdul and Jason Derulo. Although many of the show’s Facebook fans are excited to welcome the pop stars to the series, others prefer the targeted advice provided by Mary Murphy, Adam Shankman, Mia Michaels and the rest of the show’s familiar faces.
After the final four gave such incredible performances last night on American Idol, sadly, someone had to go. And that someone was Rayvon Owen, after a month of being saved by fans on Twitter. But despite not winning American Idol, today Rayvon says that he still feels like he has won!
I truly feel sorry for those of you voting for this year’s American Idol winner, because it is really going to be tough to chose someone. Last night, all of the final four were amazing, but if you happen to follow us on Twitter, then you already know that there were two performances that really stood out for me. So, let’s relive those awesome performances and decide which one really won the night last night on American Idol!
Can you believe that it is almost time for the American Idol finale? With only four finalists remaining after Tyanna Jones’ elimination last week, who survived tonight? Did Rayvon Owen run out of lives or did the dark horse make the American Idol top 3 this season?
