Grant Wilson’s Last Ghost Hunters Investigation Airs May 16

The shock that Grant Wilson is leaving Ghost Hunters is still strong for many fans of the show with some wondering if his real reason for the decision could be connected to his marriage. Whatever the true explanation, Grant’s departure is not immediate because he will be sticking around to finish off a few more investigations with his final episode slated to air on Wednesday, May 16 at 9 p.m. SyFy has also announced that Grant will be wrapping up his role with production “at some point next month.” Read on to find out more and to watch video of Grant’s big announcement!

Kentucky Charity Event Stellar Once Again

You couldn’t ask for more out of a charity event featuring reality stars from Survivor, the Amazing Race, Big Brother and Ghost Hunters. For the eighth time, Kelly Jones and Matt Keith have delivered an amazing weekend in an effort to raise money for Kosair Charities in Louisville, Kentucky. On June 18, 2011, dozens of reality stars and various other celebrities descended on the Seelbach Hilton Hotel to meet with fans for a good cause. Ghost Hunters: Moving Doors

On tonight’s episode of Ghost Hunters, the TAPS team became the first paranormal group to ever be granted access to Norwich State Hospital located in Preston, Connecticut. For decades the facility was used to house the criminally insane and since its closing there have been loads of reports of paranormal activity. During their short stay there, the spook seekers had quite a few interesting experiences including eerie sounds and witnessing small shadows in the distance.

Ghost Hunters: Haunted Mob Spot

By far the best episode this season, the TAPS team on Ghost Hunters searched for spirits at The Orleans Inn in Massachusetts. The inn was built in 1875 and eventually became a popular spot for the Irish Mob. Throughout the years, two employees killed themselves there with several others reportedly going mad after staying in room 5. When the investigation was complete, the ghastly ghost hunters had some compelling evidence.
