We think it is safe to say that working with giant prawns is not Monti Carlo’s favorite pastime. Who else can get away with splashing Gordon Ramsay with water from the prawns tank however? No one but Monti who tried and tried to pull prawns out of the big tank while being worried she might just loser one of her fingers.
