Things definitely got interesting during last week’s live edition of The Voice. Live performances have a way of bringing the nerves out of seemingly confident musicians, resulting in endless disappointment for their Facebook fans. But other singers rise to the occasion and impress the pants off of the pleased audience members (ahem, Kimberly Nichole). Tonight, the fun continues with the Top 12!
Tonight marks yet another massacre of sorts on The Voice, with eight unfortunate contestants heading home. A few of the most talented are bound to be among these, because, despite the whole red chair gimmick, America sometimes votes based on appearance while disregarding sheer vocal talent. We can only pray that this is not the case this season.
The first ten live performances are out of the way, so now, it’s time for the members of Team Adam and Team Christina to show their stuff. Who will capture the most praise during tonight’s episode of The Voice?
The Battles and the Knockouts are finally over, which is good news – The Voice’s Facebook fans were starting to get sick of these seemingly never-ending rounds. Finally, we’ve made it to the live show, which is when the real fun begins. Which of the twenty remaining contestants will make an impression? And who will fail to capture the audience’s attention?
If there’s one problem with the format for The Voice, it’s the nearly identical nature of the Battles and the Knockouts. Sure, the competition is a bit stiffer for the Knockouts and there’s only one mentor, but everything else is basically the same. The show’s Facebook fans are definitely looking forward to the live shows, but they’re also willing to acknowledge that the singers have been bringing their A-game for the seemingly never-ending Knockouts.
Watch out world, for The Voice is back with another round of Knockouts. Tonight, several talented singers seek feedback from Nate Ruess before duking it out in front of the coaches and their comfy chairs. Who will reign supreme during the Knockouts?
The Battles are finally finished, which means the competition is only going to get stiffer for the remaining contestants on The Voice. Now, however, the musicians will have the opportunity to choose their own songs. Who will emerge victorious…and who will be sent home?
In their excitement, the majority of the judges have used up their steals on The Voice. Only Pharrell has the ability to snag a contestant, and he is not going to use his steal on just anybody. Unfortunately, this means that several of tonight’s contestants are about to go home. They’re all super friendly, but to move on to the next round, these singers will have to dig deep and show off their competitive sides.
The Battles continue this week on The Voice and, having been a bit liberal with their steals, the coaches will have to use good judgement when deciding whether it is worth letting unfortunate contestants head home. Will any of the remaining contestants blow the judges away? Or will Blake Shelton simply scare them away?
After a weird hybrid episode of The Voice, the Battle Round is officially in full swing! The coaches must now get rid of several of their most talented team members…but they also have the opportunity to steal their rivals’ opponents! Will Blake Shelton and Adam Levine continue to go after one another? Or will another rivalry emerge?
