After losing Cate last week we knew that as a team we could not afford to slack off and we were committed to doing anything it took. Last nights episode of The Biggest Loser was full of ups and downs. Week 3 we had our very first pop challenge and the losing team had to spend 4.5 hours a day locked in a children’s game room filled with all the temptations that got us to the ranch. As we hear the answers to the questions none of us could believe that the childhood obesity epidemic was really this bad. After a nail biting race, the red team comes out victoriously and the blue team is sent to the “torture chamber” for 4.5 hours a day.

When the votes were tallied, it ended up being Cate Laughlan who was eliminated, but Cate assured us today during a conference call that the show was just the beginning of her amazing journey!
