Your OWN Show debuted on the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN), introducing America to ten hopeful finalists with the same dream—getting their own TV show. While only a few were selected for the competition, they were certainly not alone in sharing the same dream as more than 15,000 people auditioned and sent in online videos to get a spot on the reality contest. Your OWN Show: Oprah’s New Reality Show Premieres Friday

The Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) debuted on New’s Years Day, ranking third among women age 25-54 for the 8pm to 9pm time slot on a cable network behind ESPN and USA according to online reports. Not only is Oprah hosting shows that are meaningful to her viewers, but she will be hosting a variety of reality shows as well, the first starting this Friday called Your OWN Show.
