The Battle Round is finally about to begin on The Voice! First, however, the judges need to fill the few remaining spots on their teams. They’re getting pickier all the time, so the remaining artists are really going to have to impress.
The blind audition process continues on The Voice, with the fab four turning their big red chairs around again and again to fight for some of the most talented musicians the show has seen yet. Who will emerge with the best and the brightest contestants during tonight’s round of auditions?
The judges have scooped up several amazing musicians thus far on The Voice, including Meghan Linsey and Sawyer Fredericks. The selection process isn’t over just yet — Blake, Christina, Pharrell and Adam will all have the opportunity to cram their teams with talented contestants during tonight’s blind auditions!
Blake Shelton is usually an easy going soul, who normally keeps us laughing each season on The Voice, unless you mess with something he is passionate about, that is. So, it’s really no surprise that when critics started slamming the box office smash American Sniper earlier this week, Blake Shelton fired off a few choice words to them. Uh oh…
Another season of The Voice down, and another victory for Blake Shelton. With three previous wins under his belt, Shelton beat the odds and Team Adam, as country singer Craig Wayne Boyd took home the win this week. And these two country boys couldn’t be happier as they dished about their big victory.
Last month, Blake Shelton made headlines as he snagged another number one spot with his album, and on last night’s CMA Awards, Shelton scored big again! In fact, both Shelton and his wife, Miranda Lambert walked away with some very big wins!
Fans were recently thrilled to learn of Christina Aguilera’s upcoming return to The Voice. The original judge will eventually be taking over for Gwen Stefani, who is currently serving as the show’s resident blonde. But does this mean that Gwen’s time with The Voice is already over? Not necessarily!
The Voice‘s judging panel is relatively stable compared to that of other singing competitions — and that’s really saying something, as two of the originals are currently not sitting in big red chairs! That will change next season, however, for while CeeLo Green is still out of the loop, Christina Aguilera will once again join her good friends Adam Levine and Blake Shelton.
The Billboard charts have gone Country, y’all! Or at least they have gone to Blake Shelton Country, that is. Yep, our favorite big ole oaf of a judge (Adam Levine’s words – we love you Blake!) from The Voice has not only earned his second number one album on Billboard, but Shelton has also managed to snag the top spot for Artist 100, a feat never seen before by a Country artist or act!
The Voice is generally regarded as the modern, hip alternative to the many other reality competitions on television today. The show attracts a lot of attention from young Twitter fans, and, based on NBC’s latest announcement, that trend is bound to continue. Apparently, Taylor Swift will be joining the show as a mentor and coach. Let’s just hope the phrase “shake it off” doesn’t serve as T Swift’s primary form of constructive criticism!
