No Central Park stranger talk this week, because it’s the first fashion face-off of the season on Project Runway All Stars, as the designers are assigned to design a perfect weekend look for each the seasons. So who comes up with a truly original look and who is caught sending a design doppelganger down the runway? Read on for the full recap, including Joanna Coles‘ backfired tactic and the shocking elimination of a big fan favorite.

This week’s challenge is all about the perfect weekend getaway outfit. The eight designers will each design sportswear for one of the four seasons, which means that they’ll all have the same season as another contestant. ”Let’s make this a fashion faceoff,” announces Angela. After the runway show, there will be a top 4 and a bottom 4, one from each directly competing pair.

The spring season is peaceful in the workroom, as Kara and Austin both have the idea for high-waisted pants but have completely different applications in mind. Kenley and Mondo are designing for a fun summer weekend—which means the look must have polka dots, right? Mondo tells Joanna in the workroom, “She may be the polka dot queen but I am the polka dot princess!” Mondo mixes a black and white polka dot top with a pair of houndstooth-printed shorts.

For fall, Mila leans towards skinny pants and a khaki cape and Rami creates a belted dress out of an incredibly bright blue fabric. However, Jerell and Michael, who are both creating winter getaway looks, both find themselves in the wool section at mood; Jerell has a clear game plan while Michael is searching for inspiration among the aisles of fabric. Michael claims that his original design didn’t work with the fabric he bought, forcing him to adjust his look…so why does it happen to look incredibly similar to Jerell’s? “Come on, you were making a mini bolero jacket and now it has the same silhouette?” confronts Jerell to his direct competitor.

Joanna Coles asks the designers to gather for a quick meeting after her consultations with Jerell and Michael. “I like to have these at the magazine when there’s tension.” She asks everyone’s opinion about their similar looks—something Tim has never done. As everyone expresses their view of the situation, the issue is now out in the open with all the contestants. “Do the best work that you can,” says Joanna, “and may the best man win.”

“That was incredibly uncalled for,” says Michael who takes the meeting personally and thinks that the others are hating on him since he’s won two challenges (nevermind that he was in the bottom two last week, I guess).  Jerell and Michael argue about the origin of their designs during dinner, and it looks like that team meeting didn’t help like Joanna wished it would…

On the runway, the guest judge is esteemed designer Cynthia Rowley. Both seasonal looks walk out at the same time and take turns walking the runway. They looks are also judged side by side.

Of Austin’s look, Cynthia says, “It’s almost so dorky, it’s cool!” However, the judges agree that the look comes off boring and not modern at all. They don’t favor Kara’s outfit either. “I don’t see anything original here at all,” says Cynthia. Despite the moderate criticism, Kara comes out on top, but not by much. “She snuck her way into the high score because Austin went a little nutso this time.” said Angela.

For the summer looks, Georgina dislikes the lineup of the polka dots on the lower half of Kenley’s shorts, but everyone is pretty much raving about the jumpsuit and the lack of accessories the model is wearing. “It was just one piece with a lot of impact,” says Cynthia. However, Georgina complains that the judges have seen this look way too often in this competition thus far.

The judges are confused by Mondo’s look, as his model’s hair is styled for the fifties but his accessories are from the ’80s and his shorts are unflattering. Mondo hoped his dress would metaphorically be a gift to his mother, as he was missing her birthday for this episode. Georgina says, “It is a very good look, but it’s not as brilliant as it was last week,” says Georgina. Kenley wins over Mondo, but was Mondo held to his own impossible standard?

As for fall, Isaac hates Rami’s green draped turtleneck, but everyone loves the vibrant blue cardigan. Georgina says, “His top underneath, I wish I had never seen that.” Mila’s isn’t much better: Georgina clearly recognizes Mila’s aesthetic in the look, and her execution isn’t as flawless as it usually is this time around. Mila comes out on top.

“These two looks are so similar, how did they come about?” asks Georgina of the winter looks. Cynthia comments that the looks are so similar that Michael’s model looks like the mother of Jerell’s model! Jerell explains his side of the story, and says “I guess we got struck by the same creative bug.” Michael denies ever seeing Jerell’s vision to the judges. Everyone loves the perfect translation of Jerell’s bohemian vibe into a winter weekend getaway look (minus the giant buttons).

Isaac loves Michael’s coat, but hates the styling of a patent leather heel with his leggings. While deliberating, the judges start to notice that Michael’s aesthetic has been inconsistent, and they’d have no idea what to expect if Michael were to have a fashion show. Is he truly designing, or is he just executing designs he’s seen in other places?

Overall, the winner of the challenge is Jerell! “With the doppelganger on the runway, I’m glad the judges were able to see the real McCoy!”

In the bottom two is Rami and Austin. “This look didn’t push any creative boundaries and your styling missed the mark…again.” says Angela to Austin. However, Rami is out! “My first time at the bottom and I happened to be eliminated…life goes on. It’s impossible for everyone in the world to like everything you do, and I’m okay with that.”

Last week on MTV‘s Jersey Shore, JWoww began to have issues in her relationship with Roger, Snooki had a UTI, and Mike decided to stop being nice and apologetic and begin making problems for Snooki again. Keep reading to find out who meets their stalker this week, and which two house mates might wind up related…

The week kicks off with Mike conspiring on the phone with The Unit, Deena waiting for Vinny to take a poop so she can shower, and Jenni in a funk over Roger. The Jersey Shore gang later head out to the club, and Snooki is miffed that Jenni’s not being more fun. Jenni decides to just head home.

Vinny is about to take a chick home when he spots one much better looking. Chick number 1 returns and Ronnie makes the ‘busted’ sign. Vinny introduces the two girls – hilarious! Deena tries to dance with the first chick to keep her off Vinny. It gets better – the second chick; the chosen one, tells Vinny she’s a lesbian, and the first girl tells Deena she probably wouldn’t do Vinny!

Back at the house, JWoww finally gets Roger on the phone and asks where the hell he’s been. When he says she’s playing games, she hangs up. Snooki, who has staggered home alone up the boardwalk, stumbles into the house.  The others come in later. Vinny manages to get the first chick into bed. Pauly D‘s with a bleached blonde.

The next day finds Snooki, still drunk, rolling around in the hammock outside and declaring to the camera that she needs therapy and an AA meeting. Vinni wakes up pleased with his ‘average’ smush. Jenni takes a call from Roger that he’s still at work and will be running late. She’s pissed and reads him the riot act for hanging out at the beach with his boys and for not being on time. It’s another hang up.

Pauly D heads off to work with the Meatballs, who decide to run through the store and then deke out. Danny and Pauly are stunned. Danny goes to find them and brings them back. Later, a girl comes in who is getting married – and they leave to get drinks with her!

At home, Pauly D tells Jenni and Vinny about his stalker, who hangs around outside the t-shirt shop when he’s working. The trio head out to look for the Meatballs. Not surprisingly, they find them on the boardwalk dancing and drunk. Jenni stays with them. Snooki is pleased to have ‘Fun Jenni’ back. Pauly and Vinny continue down the boardwalk where the stalker makes another appearance. Vinny’s convinced she stuck a GPS system into Pauly’s blowout. When a grenade war breaks out, Vinny calls her over and introduces her to Pauly.  She doesn’t even talk, but her Pauly D airbrushed ball cap and a t-shirt that says ‘The cabs are here’, say it all!

Mike wakes up at the house to find no one there. When the others return, he’s puzzled to find Snooki making nice. Jenni gets into a bed to have a cry over Roger. The Meatballs and Mike head out together.

The mood is somber back at the house later when Ronnie and Pauly talk to Snooki and Deena about how disappointed Danny was in them for ducking out on work. Deena calls to apologize, but he’s not too receptive.

The next day brings cornhole – as in Ronnie sets up the game on the deck. Sunday dinner is Chinese food. At the table, it comes to light that Mike’s older brother is dating Deena’s sister – it’s a concern for The Situation that he may become Deena’s brother-in-law. He goes to call The Unit, who tells Mike he thinks it might be a ‘smash and dash’. Mike hangs up and the phone quacks – it’s Deena’s sister, Joanie. Mike pretends to be happy she’s dating his brother – so fake!

Pauly D and Vinny run into Roger at the gym. He sounds off about Jenni acting like a fifteen year-old. Vinny tells the camera he’s on Roger’s side – Jenni needs to grow up and call him back.

Back at the house, Vinny fills JWoww in on how Roger’s over her games. He suggests she call him. She decides she will. On the phone, Jenni apologizes, and Roger tells her he did nothing wrong. In fact, he informs her in no uncertain terms that if she doesn’t stop with her insecurities, they will be done. Roger doesn’t mess around!

American Idol on FOX was back tonight with the next part of the Hollywood week. Tonight, the remaining contestants had to take on the dreaded group round! Who was up for the challenge, and who fell flat? Read on for the highlights!

American Idol was back tonight with more of Hollywood week, and things kicked off as Symone Black was tended to after falling off the stage last night. Symone was taken to the hospital to be checked out, as she hit her head, and they thought her low blood sugar caused her to black out. Symone was luckily moving on to the next round, along with Jeremy Rosado, but unfortunately, both Lauren Minx and Ethan Jones would not be moving on.

Next, the remaining contestants were visited by Executive Producer, Ken Warwick, who informed them that they would now need to form groups, and each group needed to contain contestants from both day one and day two. This proved to be a tough task for Alisha Bernhardt, a police officer from the St. Louis auditions, as well as Amy Brumfield, the controversial “tent girl,” who was suffering from a bug, leaving the other contestants avoiding her.

Most of the contestants were able to quickly get groups together, and just when Alisha thought she was hopeless, Amy Brumfield found her and was willing to join her. Brianna Bell was setting her standards way too high as this diva could not choose a team. Alisha Bernhardt was then joined by 2 more contestants, and they could not agree on a tune, which made Alisha leave the group and go back on the hunt. Alisha finally found a group for her, but she appeared to be having issues with the song they chose.

Symone Black came back from the hospital, and it turned out that she was just a little dehydrated, but she now had to search for a group – at the last minute! Symone easily found a group of four that took her in. Meanwhile, Amy Brumfield was struggling to keep it together while sick. Brianna Bell finally found her group, but they seemed to have some disagreements about staying up to work on their tunes. One of the group members, Jennifer, was in tears as all the members of her group started to flee to get some rest. Brianna then surprised Jennifer, and the pair worked on their tunes for a bit longer.

We also watched Brielle Von Hugel, who was in the group round last season with Pia Toscano, work with her group as her mother watched from the sideline. Heejun Han was having some disagreements within his group, but they seemed to have worked through them by the morning, although Heejun did not appear too happy with his teammates. We also watched as contestant after contestant was coming down with whatever it was that Amy Brumfield had, but Amy was not letting it get the best of her as she continued to work hard with her group.

Unfortunately, we will have to wait until next week to see who makes it through! Tune in Wednesday to see which hopefuls survive the dreaded group round!

The gym-tan-laundry duo is gearing up to begin filming for their new reality TV series now that the pair has found a new home. On the heels of news last week that MTV was denied permission to shoot the Jersey Shore spinoff featuring Snooki and JWoww in Hoboken, N.J. producers have found another city in the Garden State where the girls can work and party.

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and Jennifer “JWoww” Farley will begin filming their new spinoff in Jersey City, N.J. this month according to WNYW/Ch. 5′s John Huddy who broke the story. Jersey City Mayor Jerramiah Healy told Huddy, “My view is the more people that see anything about Jersey City and see what we have in Jersey, the better it is for Jersey City.”

The Ch. 5 report also reveals that show producer 495 Productions received a permit to shoot for six weeks in a two-story residence near the corner of Grove and Mercer Streets. The home is described as an old firehouse.

The New York Daily News reports that Jersey City spokeswoman, Jennifer Morrill confirmed the permit was granted after the proper agencies–including police–reviewed all of the information.

Jersey Shore is in its fifth season and is currently airing on MTV. Two spinoffs have been ordered one with JWoww and Snooki and another, The Pauly D Project featuring DJ Pauly D.

Bravo‘s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills ended the season without Kim Richards, who recently spent time in rehab to treat her alcohol addiction. On the upcoming reunion show, Kim Richards gets emotional and will share her tale of struggling with the addiction with us. More after the jump!

We may have to wait until February 13 to see the reunion show of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, where Kim Richards will talk about her struggles with alcohol addiction, but we have a sneak peek into what we can expect from Kim. According to Life & Style Magazine, Kim Richards will get emotional, telling Andy: “I just didn’t like me anymore. I couldn’t look at myself in the mirror,” adding, “I had so much guilt and shame for my behavior…then I drank to cover the guilt and shame and make it go away. It’s a vicious cycle.”

Kim Richards also reveals that yes, she knows that she has had failed attempts in the past, but assures Andy that she is really trying this time. Meanwhile, Kim’s sister Kyle said: “I know it was difficult for Kim to leave her family and get help. I admire her for having the courage to admit she had a problem and to seek treatment.” We wish her all the best, and can’t wait to see what else she had to say on the reunion show.

Jake Pavelka a Chippendale? Could he be taking his moves from Dancing With The Stars to Chippendales? Don’t get too excited just yet…Jake Pavelka is joining Chippendales, but he will not be stripping for us! Instead, Jake Pavelka has singed on with Chippendales as a celebrity host, to help Chippendales celebrate its 10-year anniversary in Sin City at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino.

Jake Pavelka’s gig will run from February 23, 2012 until March 18, 2012, and he will be joining Ronnie Magro, of Jersey Shore, who will also be guest hosting the show. In a press release about the event, it was stated that Jake will “use his charm, sex appeal and hosting skills to keep the women entertained while leaving the dancing to the men of Chippendales.” Sorry to disappoint all his fans, but we won’t be seeing this hunk strip down while there – what a shame!

That’s right, the second season of The Voice is looking for 5th coach. Don’t worry, no one is gonna mess up that magical bromance dynamic between Blake Shelton and Adam Levine; the spot of the fifth coach reserved exclusively for a fan. These rounds, which come after the blind auditions, will feature celebrity guest mentors Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds, Jewel, Lionel Richie, Kelly Clarkson, Miranda Lambert, Alanis Morissette, Ne-Yo and Robin Thicke to advise the four coaches as they eliminate members of their own teams.

Players are eligible to win Voice-themed merchandise. One will walk away with the grand prize: an all-expenses paid trip to Los Angeles to meet the season two winner!

Even though this fifth season of Jersey Shore is supposedly the last to feature Snooki, The Situation and all the other crazy housemates, MTV won’t be rid of GTL guidos and meatballs just yet. The network has just announced the air date for Pauly D’s solo spin-off reality series, The Pauly D Project. So when’s the big day, and what highly anticipated program will Pauly’s show have to follow every week?

The Pauly D Project is scheduled to premiere on Thursday, March 29 at 10:30 p.m., following the premiere of a newly revamped version of Punk’d featuring various celebrity hosts rotating in as the weekly prankster.

Pauly D’s show will give viewers an inside look at his life away from the Shore House, including his transition from fist-pumping housemate to world-class DJ. Fellow casts members include his best friends from his home state of Rhode Island. Oh, and some screen time may be devoted to Britney Spears, since the DJ accompanies the pop icon on her international “Femme Fatale” tour.

This is only one of two Jersey Shore spin-offs, as Snooki and JWoww are also working on filming their own reality series. After Hoboken, NJ denied their request to film there in order to “protecting public safety and quality of life concerns,” the duo has received an invitation from Jersey Shore, PA. Does the town know what they’re getting into?

“We’d like to know what the show’s going to be about, will it be shot inside or outside,” said Jersey Shore, PA borough manager Gretchen Speicher, in all seriousness. ”I would like to know because I’ve never seen ['Jersey Shore'].”

Now that she’s been fired from The X Factor, Nicole Scherzinger plans on developing her careers in music, acting and even theater. Even more so, she is now the new spokesperson for Herbal Essences! Read on for what the singer is saying about her new gig as a brand ambassador, and how she styles her gorgeous dark locks.

“It’s amazing,” she told People. “I have a big grin on my face and I’m glowing. I’m really proud to be partnered with this brand.”

Being in the Hollywood spotlight, Scherzinger’s hair is often subjected to so much heat styling.

“I always have to change hairstyles, whether it’s being on TV one minute to being on stage the next, then going to dinner or a meeting,” she explained. “It’s important to keep it hydrated, and use the right products to protect it from the heat.”

And she knows what works for her hair too: the day of her Herbal Essences shoot, Scherzinger was even giving her hairstylists advice. “I know all the mousses, honey,” she said. “Normally people associate mousse with perms, but with this hair, are you kidding me?! Mousse equals volumizing.”

Upcoming Herbal Essences ads will not only feature the singer, but also her music. “It’s what I’ve worked so hard for my whole life. Not only to have music as my driving force, but to build my brand and be associated with products I believe in — those that are a direct reflection of who I am.”

As it should be…her hair is always absolutely gorgeous!

Though Khloé Kardashian Odom has been wanting to start a family with husband and Dallas Mavericks player Lamar Odom, she is now looking back at the past few months with a thankful attitude that she has yet to be pregnant. Why has the leading lady of Khloe & Lamar all of a sudden changed her mind?

“It’s frustrating when you hear so many rumors because it makes you almost want to put pressure on yourself. But looking back, I think everything happens for a reason,” said Khloé to People.

“I think, ‘Gosh, what if I did get pregnant last season or a few months ago?’” she explained. “Or what if I had a newborn baby and all this [NBA] trade stuff happened? I don’t think I could have dealt with everything at one time. Doing this trade and my husband’s emotions and going through all that is so stressful.”

However, she is still hoping to have a child in the near future.

“Maybe Dallas will bring a baby,” she expressed. “We’re definitely trying to have kids. Everything will happen when it’s meant to be. Last season, we were much more documenting, ‘Okay, when am I ovulating, when am I doing this?’ And it was very stressful to do it that way, so we’ve stopped. Lamar and I definitely are letting nature take its course.”

The new season of Khloe & Lamar premieres Sunday, February 19 at 10 p.m. on E!.
