What is the first dish you ever mastered?
Meatloaf. Deliciousness in a loaf form.
What is your signature dish?
Arborio rice pudding and red wine risotto. Basically anything with arborio rice.
Who was your first cooking inspiration?
My mom. She always cooks from scratch and has rubbed off on me, thankfully. She cooks with a great palate, and even when dishes turn out spot on, she always says, “If this dish sucks, there’s Domino’s on speed dial.” Everytime.
