What was your first job in kitchen?
My first just in the kitchen was a catering job! That’s when my eyes were opened to the hard work that goes into cooking and setting up for an event.
What was the first dish you mastered?
I would have to say honey djion sea bass with Swiss chard and roasted garlic, and olive oil pasta.
Do you have a story of triumph from the kitchen or workplace?
When I first got into cooking, I realized that this is what I’m built to do! Every job I had, good or bad, I got something great out of it. Each job has led me to where I am today and I thank God for it.
Who was your first cooking inspiration?
With out a doubt, I would have to say my family and my cousin Mikey. He started cooking first, then he went to culinary school before I even thought about becoming a chef! My family is my inspiration and they make me feel so good, especially when they appreciate my cooking!
