Louross is a Hotel cook in Las Vegas. He’s pretty laid back and likes to groove to the music in his head while he cooks. He can’t wait to take Ramsay’s abuse. “It’s like receiving your merit badge as a Boy Scout,” he says. “He calls you a donkey, and I’m, like, ‘That’s my donkey patch.’”
