Marissa is a Tony Award winning Broadway star who created the role of “Tracy Turnblad” in the musical, “Hairspray”. She won a Tony, Drama Desk Award and an Outer Critics Circle Award for Outstanding Actress for this particular role but has also been in television, playing in such shows as “Stacked” and now a new pilot called “Fugly.” She’s currently working on a Lifetime movie called “Betrayals.”
